Adeel Hussain is among one of the most versatile and talented Pakistani actors. He is known for his roles in Daam, Mata-e-Jaan Hai Tu, Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai and Mera Naseeb. He made his first debut in “Ho Mann Jahan“, directed by Asim Raza. And we will soon see him in Mehreen Jabbar’s upcoming romantic drama film, “Dobara Phir Se“.
Speaking to Very Filmi, Adeel Hussain reveal about his character in upcoming film Dobara Phir Se.
It’s Happening All In Your Heart
Talking about the film, Adeel said I was very happy to see talented and amazing group of actors on the set.
“The film looks dramatic with a romantic element in it, but it is the real world grounded story. Mehreen’s work is much identified, you won’t feel that it’s happening on other planet. You will feel like it’s happening here all in your heart.”
While praising New York, Adeel shared the funniest experience he had in the city.
The Real Self-Obsessed Person
The co-star of Dobara Phir Se, Tooba siddiqui told us that Adeel is the most self-obsessed person, but he quickly defended himself saying that it’s a total lie and opened up about the real self-obsessed person on the sets,
We Have To Learn How To Criticise People
“We are good for criticism, we have to learn how to criticise people. The ability to learn how to criticise well is the only thing that will take you forward.” said Adeel.
Adeel wants to start a camping against selfies, because he is not a selfie person at all and if someone else will start a movement to fight back against selfies he would love to be their brand ambassador.
It’s Not Easy To Live With Someone
When it comes to sharing room, Adeel said it’s not easy to live with someone.
“I was living alone but then my co-actor Shazz landed in my room and we became immediate friends.”

When it comes to romance, Adeel has a totally different definition of a romantic person.
Ban On Pakistani Artists In India
Since the Uri attack, Pakistani artists working in India have been targeted by various political parties and organisations. Talking about the controversial issue and the value of Pakistani actors, Adeel said we are not at the point where we need to be insecure.
Dobara Phir Se is directed by Mehreen Jabbar, produced by Salman Iqbal, co-produced by Mehreen Jabbar and Jerjees Seja. The film stars Adeel Hussain, Ali Kazmi, Hareem Farooq, Tooba Siddiqui, Sanam Saeed, Atiqa Odho, Shaz Khan and child actor, Musa Khan. Film’s story revolves around a character of a divorced Pakistani woman based in New York, who visits an upscale Connecticut suburb to meet her estranged ex-mother-in-law.
