The undefeated Punjabi folk singer, Abrar ul Haq is back after a 9 year hiatus with new album, Billo Returns in collaboration with ARY Muzik. Billo Returns consists of ten songs exclusively produced in Pakistan. The release date was associated with May 1, as a dedication to labourers of Pakistan by Haq.
More than two decades have passed since Abrar ul Haq marked his territory by influencing the Punjabi bhangra representation, releasing hits like Tere Rang Rang, Preeto and Nach Punjabun.
These songs top the charts of that time and turn out to be the sacred beats of desi weddings in Pakistan and across the border. His music is celebrated at events that remind us of patriotism.
Haq debuted with his first album, Billo De Ghar which contributed highly to his fame. He released eight albums in total over two decades and returned back to the music industry after nine years.
The album was released at a concert in Bahria town in Lahore. The event was quite lively and comprised of several showbiz personalities and excited fans.
