A report claims that a sequel of Andaz Apna Apna is in the making. The producers of the film are Preeti Sinha and Phantom Films. The question is that who is going to direct the sequel? Vikas Bahl or Vikramaditya Motwane?

This cult classic film will be made without Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor. The remake of this outstanding sequel will start to roll at the end of this year with a completely new cast.
A source close to the project revealed: “It will be an in-house director at the helm, if not Vikas (Queen and Shaandaar director Vikas Bahl), it will be Vikram (Vikramaditya Motwane of Udaan and Lootera fame)”
“The script is locked. It has been developed by Vivek Soni and Hardik Mehta who won a National Award this year for his non-feature film on kite flying in Ahmedabad, Amdavad Ma Famous, under the creative supervision of Vikas. It’s a super script and promises loads of fun.”
We hope the remake does justice to the original without disappointing fans and also rope in the best possible actors for the sequel.
