Express Entertainment is out with its new drama starring Anzela Abbasi (daughter of Shamoon Abbasi and Javeria Abbasi), Asim Mehmood and Javeria Abbasi. This will be Anzela’s second drama after her debut on HUM TV’s Gila. The young actress has appeared in many ads and music videos, but this will be the first time she will share a screen with her mother.

While speaking to Express Tribune about her character, this is what she had to say:
“My character is a bubbly yet bossy person who wants to make everything better in the world. She doesn’t like to see people hurt. She behaves like a typical teenager.”
The story is about a young girl, Alia (Anzela Abbasi) from an affluent family who falls in love with a man (Asim Mehmood) who is from a lower stratum than she is. The man is already married but conceals that fact from Alia. The story will progress as the characters will get old and the older version of Alia will be played by Javeria.
“Alia falls in love with Asim Mehmood’s character and then he moves to Australia. As the story moves forward, the characters grow old. The older Alia is played by my mother,” Anzela added.
The drama is directed by Muhammad Iftikhar and written by Maimoona Sadaf.
