Fifty Shades Darker Official Trailer Out: A Darker Story is Hidden Within

Fifty Shades of Grey had everyone singing Love Me Like You Do, last Valentine, but the new trailer for the second installment in the Fifty Shade series, Fifty Shades Darker, tells us a whole new story.

Directed by James Foley, and with an appearance by Marcia Gay Harden, Hugh Dancy, Luke Grimes, Rita Ora and Bella Heathcote, the second chapter is almost here.

The Fifty Shades Darker trailer starts off with a new version of Beyonce’s ‘Crazy in Love’ played by Miguel. It revolves around the spiced up lives of Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) and wealthy business tycoon and BDSM enthusiast, Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan). The story shows the two in a new phase of their unique relationship.

The trailer shows Anatasia’s decisions to avoid getting a beating from Grey but she sees no future for the two. Whereas the relationship is something different for Grey who has never felt what he does with Steele. However, every love story has its villains, and for Steele and Grey, it’s Kim Basinger.

Basinger wants to stop Grey from being able to rekindle his struggling relationship with Steele. He even decides to go for a new contract just to keep her with him. He even uses different approaches from wooing her with flowers to taking her to a masquerade party. The party goes sour when Ana ‘deals’ with a woman from Grey’s past who also tried to ‘save him’.
