Hashim Nadeem will be writing the script, screenplay, and dialogues of this upcoming project and we can already sense something extraordinary coming to the big screen!
Shahzad Rafique has the reputation to highlight social issues through his films and he is planning to do the same with the next one as well.
Talking to Pakistani Cinema.Net, the director revealed that it is going to be a subjective commercial film like all his previous ones. He further added that he never goes for meaningless commercial cinema but refrained from revealing the subject saying, “it’s too early”. Discussing more about his next project, the director of Ishq Khuda added:
“It’s quite different from my last film Salute which is a biopic. This one is a commercial film of musical romantic drama genre. Music of the film will be composed by Naveed Naushad, who earlier composed the music of Blind Love and then went on composing many successful OST’s for TV.”
The cast of this upcoming venture is yet to be decided along with its title. The film is expected to go under floors in the early half of 2019 and Shahzad Rafique is hopeful to release it in the same year.
