Veteran artist Khalid Zafar has recently uploaded a video message on social media in which he has requested the government officials to help reclaim his property.

Stating his issue with obvious grief in his voice, Khalid Zafar went all emotional and asks Prime Minister Imran Khan alongside Chief Justice Pakistan, Governor Sindh, Chief Minister Sindh and Sindh Police officials to take this matter in their hands.

Watch the Video Message below!

According to Khalid Zafar, some people have illegally occupied his property located in Karachi. Those people scammed him by saying they wanted to buy the house but never did.

Although, Khalid Zafar has all the legal documents and has tried everything he could do but the people have refused to leave his property. Helpless against the frauds, he even stated that he’s faced life threats because of this issue but, all he wants to do is live peacefully in his house.

Khalid Zafar has also posted a message for MNA Najeeb Haroon, who has been elected from his locality, North Nazimabad. Providing all the details, he has requested the Member of National Assembly to address his issue.

Having served the entertainment industry for 45 years, Khalid Zafar wants the government officials to help reclaim his house, made from his hard-earned money. He added that he’s never asked for anything in return to his services and now wants justice.

Khalid Zafar has not just worked in numerous dramas, films and plays, he’s written, produced and directed commercials and short films for TV and Radio. He was also associated with Radio Pakistan as a broadcaster and launched Pakistan’s first video world magazine as the editor in chief and publisher.

It’s sad how an artist who has contributed a major part of his life in serving the country is now helpless against thugs who seem to operate above the law.

We hope that Khalid Zafar’s voice reaches those at the helm and this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
