One of the most loved Pakistani stars Mahira Khan has been in the news over veteran actor Firdous Jamal’s criticism.
Firdous Jamal termed Mahira Khan as ‘overaged’ and it created an uproar on the social media.
Soon after his sexist comments, the Raees actress won millions of hearts all over again after penning down a stirring and powerful note regarding the issue.
In the note, the actress encouraged all her fellow actors to support each other and requested them to be tolerant of other people and their opinions.
However recently, the actress also said that she would absolutely love to play the roles of a mother and a grandmother.
During an interview, Mahira Khan said that she has plans to stay in the showbiz industry this long and would love to experience such roles in the future.
She said:
I’ve played the role of a mother in Humsafar and I would love to do it again. I plan to be in this industry till I am playing a Naani and Daaadi and a parnaani. I look forward to that.
