Mikaal Zulfiqar’s ex-wife Sara Bhatti recently shared a heartfelt note on social media. This message has become a source of motivation for all divorced women. Mikaal & Sara got divorced last month after six years of their marriage.
Admitting the fact that the two looked perfect together but unfortunately, they set their ways apart eventually. Mikaal revealed his divorce to the world through Facebook posts. As heartbreaking as it sounds, his ex-wife Sara also opened up on social media.

Here’s what Sara had to say:
“Has my life changed after the divorce? Nope. I’m still responsible for the house and kids. The responsibility of a husband has been alleviated, which means I had more responsibilities when I was married.”
Battling Weightloss! There will be at least one point in life where you will gain weight. Maybe you're diagnosed with a disease, or you just went through something traumatic. The trigger could be anything but the result is weight gain. It is completely natural to gain weight during various points in life. It is also very natural to gain or lose weight as the day or week progresses. 1-Do not think it's the end. You can change and manage the situation. Don't resign yourself to this fate. This is not the end. 2-Start eating real, raw, whole foods and completely avoid processed items. Opt for an orange over a weightloss bar. Choose raw peanuts over peanut butter. Make smarter choices. 3-Have plenty of water. You should be going to the loo every half hour. Thirst is most often confused with hunger, so drink that transparent potion! 4-If you aim to keep the weight off, do not think you'll lose it all in a day, a week or even a month. In order to see long term results, progress will and should be super slow. 5- Choose health over anything. If you're healthy, your body will not hold on to excess fat. If you eat foods which are nourishing; high in nutrients and low in calories you will never be fat. So opt for fruits, and vegetables. Devour them without the ridiculous guilt of eating too many carbs. Unless you're a pro body builder or bikini model, you don't and shouldn't worry yourself about you macronutrient intake as long as you're eating nutritious foods. 6-Get rest, meditate, be creative, read and enjoy life. Basically, live. Boredom, overthinking and emotional eating often cause weight gain. So focus on the positive, move your body and be positive. Life is beautiful and has so much to offer. Go out and enjoy the many bounties of living in today's day and age. 7-Get moving. Exercise, go to the gym, or just step outside and go for a walk. Aim at constant mobility. Man was never designed to sit and sulk, we are designed to shake mountains. So go out and do that! 8-Avoid relapse or binge eating by eating fruit. Fruit is your best friend. So whenever you're hungry choose this fast food option over the ones created by man!
An inspiration for all divorced women!
Her statements are definitely a motivation factor for the oppressed women of our country,
“We need to appreciate what our women are doing for us and our society. I’ve been blessed to know men who will actually share equal responsibility. And thank you for showing me you exist. But they are so few.”
She went on to explain how married women work just as hard as single ones,
“It is not just single mothers who have a tough time, married women are working just as hard, maybe harder sometimes.”
