Mira Sethi Signs New Pakistani Punjabi Movie


The ‘Mohabbat Subh Ka Sitara’ actress Mira Sethi recently signed her first Pakistani movie. The movie will mark her debut in the Pakistani film industry.

No other details have been revealed about the film, as of yet. She said,

 “Just signed my first film. Immense gratitude. Some delicious Punjabi coming soon to a theater near you!”

Sethi returned to Pakistan after completing her education abroad in the year, 2011.

She started her career with the Pakistani drama ‘Silvatein’ which aired on ARY Digital. She played the character of Natasha in the drama that was written by Samira Fazal and directed by Shehrezad Sheikh.The drama revolved around the similar theme of a rivalry between two sisters.

Sethi was much acclaimed by critics for doing justice to her daunting and frivolous character. She is also known for her roles in drama serials Mohabbat Subh Ka Sitara Hai, Jaanam, Dilfareb, Preet Na Kariyo Koi, Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai, Jhoot and Khushboo Ka Safar.

She is currently working on Hum TV’s drama serial ‘Dil Banjara’ as Shama.
