But there are some Pakistani celebrities who have a different opinion about these award ceremonies.

The Mera Saaen actor Nauman Ijaz recently took to his Twitter account and openly refused to be the part of any upcoming award ceremony. He further requested TV channels to keep him out of the discussion since he doesn’t believe in ‘fake’ awards.
He further penned down his opinion and said that his award is the love he gets from his fans and followers every day.
He said:
Ive openly refused to be a part of award ceremonies but still channels keep asking to be a part of fake rat race of commercial programmes & 2 mins fame on social media. My award is the love from viewers which I get every day. plz excuse me channels and keep me out of it.
