We Pakistanis have a few identifying qualities, we love chai, food, and cricket. If there is a cricket match Pakistan is playing in, the shops would close early and the roads would be empty by the time the match starts! In other scenarios, there will be screens put up in neighbourhood and appropriate jerseys worn to support the team!
The PSL, however, is a whole different story. Whoever wins or loses, it’s Pakistan that wins at the end. After a gap of nearly 10 years (if you don’t count the Zimbabwe ODIs), there was a match played in Pakistan’s home-ground. The PSL Final was held in Lahore and the Pakistanis couldn’t help but be elated!
