Sunny Leone To Be A Part Of Sonakshi Sinha’s Movie ‘Noor’

Sonakshi Sinha’s Movie Noor is an adaption of Pakistani novel Karachi, You’re Killing Me! and we’re really excited  to see Sonakshi Sinha portray the role of a 20-something journalist. What’s even better is that Sunny Leone too will be part of this venture!

According to Mumbai Mirror, the bold and daring Sunny Leone will be seen playing a Bollywood actress in the upcoming flick.

Producer Vikram Malhotra himself confirms the news, “Yes, Sunny is a part of our movie and appears in key scenes. It’s a role which only Sunny could play. You’ll realize when you watch the movie.” He also added, “Casting her was our director’s idea.”

Sunny Leone herself hasn’t revealed much about her character but claims that it was fun shooting with co-star, Sonakshi.

Apart from Sunny, joining Sonakshi is standup comedian Kanan Gill as Saad Sehgal, Noor’s best friend, and best critic, Shibani Dandekar who  plays Zara Patel, Noor’s friend and confidante and Purab Kohli as Ayan Banerjee, a seasoned photojournalist who’s traveled the world and is a charming cynic.

Sonakshi revealed about the role she plays in the movie, “Basically Noor is the journey of a girl who just happens to be a journalist.” she added, “It’s about the ups and downs in her relationships with friends, family, and co-workers that every girl will relate to. It’s a nice novel but since our film is based in Mumbai and not Karachi, it’s more about a single girl in the city. There are no bomb sites, ours is a fun film.”

Noor is set to release on April 7.
