To make your festive season a little more special TV One brings an extra dose of laughter, fun, and entertainment with its Bakra-Eid special play Gumshoda Mehbooba.
Written by veteran playwright Khalil Ullah Farooqui it has been directed by yesteryear actor Nadeem Baig’s son Farhan Nadeem.
The writer while revealing the storyline said that it is a light-hearted comedy which would bring a smile on the viewers face with its riveting suspense and romantic plot coupled with some great comic situations.
“It is a story of young guy who is trying to trace his missing mehbooba. He takes the services of a private detective to solve mystery behind sudden disappearance of his mehbooba. To pacify him, the detective narrates three stories of his ishq with three different women – all of which ended in disaster,” he said.
The play will air on the 2nd & 3rd days of Eid. The drama cast includes Ayesha Gul, Zhalay Sarhadi, Alizeha, Irfan Motiwala and Noman Habib.
Why does the detective not make any effort to solve the missing girlfriend mystery? Will the detective convince the guy to marry someone else? Who is that mystery girl?
